Because our products are handcrafted personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or provide an appropriate resolution.

If your product is unopened and unused, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or defective item).

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
